Thanks again for getting my old laptop switched out to my new one. You configured it with everything that I needed. And then you patiently walked me through a few manual steps to move over emails, archives, etc. Plus you didn’t mock my lack of technical skills… :)
I went in with a software issue. Not only did did you fix it up good, I got an hardware upgrade as well !! You the man !! if only my cable provider had customer service like this :)
